Position Overview
As a part-time instructor with Pour Your Own Epoxy™, you'll have the opportunity to lead in-person epoxy classes. We're seeking individuals who are passionate, patient, and eager to share their expertise in epoxy artistry with others. Candidates from any state or city are welcome.
Responsibilties
Pour Your Own Epoxy™
• Lead in-person epoxy classes of up to 30 people, providing hands-on instruction and guidance to participants.
• Demonstrate epoxy techniques, offer personalized feedback, and assist participants with project troubleshooting.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, experimentation, and skill development.
Requirements
Pour Your Own Epoxy™
• Passion for art and a genuine desire to inspire and empower others through teaching.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with participants.
• Previous teaching or instructional experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds, ensuring instructors are capable of assisting with set-up and clean-up during classes.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, experimentation, and skill development.
